Meetings and time off

Team expectations

TPC-supervised therapists attend group supervision Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00 AM. All therapists attend the Fullerton in-person staff meeting from 10:30-11:30 AM on the first Wednesday of each month; supervision is in Fullerton on those days.

Can you work the first 6 months without time off, except specific holiday dates or special family matters?

After 6 months: 1 week vacation. After 1 year: 3 non-consecutive weeks in separate months. After 2 years: 4 weeks total, with 2 consecutive and 2 separate weeks. Time off is unpaid and must be pre-approved.

Caseload

Building a full schedule

TPC's reputation since 1983, plus Yelp, Google, and social advertising, brings in new clients daily. We will be your primary client source, you will need at least 6 character reference reviews from pastors, teachers, or others, and your own client-building efforts will further support your success.

Can you provide at least 25 hours of weekly availability, with most hours between 3-8 PM on weekdays and Saturdays?
